This is a great opportunity to meet hiring managers from our Cary, Raleigh, and North Raleigh Imaging Units.
Radiology Technologists:
The Radiology Technologist operates radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to make quality radiographs of designated portions of the body under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety procedures. Requires skills in multiple areas of the hospital including: pediatrics operating room portables fluoroscopy emergency department and outpatient procedures. This position includes call back rotation at multiple sites.
CT Technologists:
The Imaging Services department has the state-of-the-art computerized tomography equipment and the CAT Scan Technologists provides quality images of designated portions of the body under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety procedures. Accomplishes patient care in a timely professional efficient and safe manner.
Ultrasound Technologists:
The Ultrasound Technologist operates ultrasound equipment to make quality images of designated portions of the body under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with standard operating procedures. Accomplishes patient care in a timely professional efficient and safe manner.
MRI Technologists
The MRI Technologist operates MRI equipment to make quality images of designated portions of the body under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with standard operating procedures. Accomplishes patient care in a timely professional efficient and safe manner
Nuclear Medicine Technologist:
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist operates Nuclear Medicine equipment to make quality images of designated portions of the body under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with standard operating procedures. Provides patient care in a timely professional efficient and safe manner.
Experience Requirements:
Radiology Technologist: 1 Year Clinical - Radiology Preferred
MRI Technologist: Related Position Experience Preferred
CT Technologist: 1 Year Clinical - Radiology Preferred
Ultrasound Technologist: Clinical - Ultrasound Preferred
Nuclear Medicine Technologist: Related Position Experience Preferred
Education Required:
Radiology Technologists & MRI Technologist: Graduate Radiologic Technology Required
CT Technologist: Graduate Radiologic Technology Or Computerized Tomography Required
Ultrasound Technologist: Graduate Diagnostic Medical Sonography Required
Nuclear Medicine Technologist: Radiologic Technology And/Or Nuclear Medicine Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Radiology Technologist: Registered Technologist for Radiography Required
MRI Technologist: Registered Technologist for Radiography Required - Or Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine Technology Required - And Registered Technologist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging Required
CT Technologist: Registered Technologist for Radiography And/Or Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine Technology And/Or Registered Technologist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging And/Or Registered Technologist in Sonography And Registered Technologist in Computed Tomography Required
Ultrasound Technologist: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Required - And/Or Registered Technologist in Sonography Required
Nuclear Medicine Technologist: Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist And/Or Registered Technologist for Radiography Required - And Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine Technology Required
