Position Information:
The Systems Analyst I, Epic Clinical Applications participates in the build, rollout, and support of the assigned application(s). Responsible for all aspects of application support to include but not limited to: basic design and analysis, application configuration, testing, system documentation, and training if indicated. Functions as first-level response for the assigned application(s) by communicating with end users of the system to understand issues and implement solutions. Works with department management in use of assigned applications to assist with maximizing department performance and management decision-making. Functions as a liaison between IS, customer department and vendor(s).
Experience Requirements:
No Experience Required Required - With Bachelor's Degree Or 2 Years Direct Position Experience Required - With Associate's Degree Or 4 Years Direct Position Experience Required - With High School Diploma
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Business Or Healthcare Or Technology Or Related Field Preferred - Or Associate's Degree Business Or Healthcare Or Technology Or Related Field Preferred - Or High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - Or Equivalent Experience
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Certified/Licensed/Registered in Field of Practice Preferred And EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility Required - Within 6 Months of Hire
Hours of Work:
40 per week
Weekend Requirements:
As Needed
Call Requirements:
