Position Information:
The Supervisor Patient Financial Services is responsible for the supervision of staff engaged in refund processing and payment posting the coordination of all functions related to cash posting general ledger design and maintenance monthly cash reconciliations and journal entries oversight of the Cashier's Office ongoing cash reporting and the development of staff to ensure departmental competency and continuity. Works with all levels of management to identify evaluate and report areas of deficiency organize the resources to resolve problems identified and work to reverse the negative impact of identified deficiencies on the organization. The supervisor is responsible for setting team goals designed to ensure the goals set for the department are met.

Experience Requirements:
1 Year Accounting/Finance - Billing And 1 Year Leadership Required - Or 1 Year Leadership And 2 Years Accounting/Finance - Finance Or Healthcare In Lieu of Degree

Education Required:
Associate's Degree Business Administration Or  Accounting Or  Healthcare Required - And Bachelor's Degree  Preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Not Applicable

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends
