Practice Manager Operations

Position Information:
The Practice Manager Operations works collaboratively Service Line Director Practice Managers Director of Development Supervisor of Education/Quality and Project Specialist to anticipate integrate and coordinate services that optimize clinical and fiscal outcomes and Revenue Cycle goals for the Service Line. Plans monitors and is accountable for the overall management and delivery of the following services for our departments: Scheduling of appointments provider templates authorizations for patient tests & procedures timely processing and upkeep of Workques timely processing of patient referrals development dissemination and implementation of standard work. Ensures pre-service administrative denials are managed and prevented to maximize financial reimbursement. Serves as a liaison with the community physician offices and payers related to patient access issues. Reports directly to the Service Line Director.
Experience Requirements:
2 Years Management In Healthcare Required
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Health Administration Or Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Management Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Certified Medical Practice Executive Or Certified Physician Practice Manager Preferred
Hours of Work:
Monday thru Friday
Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends
