Patient Accts Representative
The Patient Accounts Representative is responsible for the check in and out process of patients presenting for medical appointments. Position is responsible for entering and verifying identified data into the electronic medical record to ensure accuracy. Ensures patients receive exceptional customer service, answers patient calls, completes scheduling duties and complete insurance verification. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the missions, values and management of WakeMed.
1 Year Healthcare Preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Business Or Associate's Degree Related Field Preferred
Hours of Work:
Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm, Fri 8am - 12pm
