About WakeMed:
Position Information:
The Occupational Therapist provides acute care occupational therapy services by evaluating patients establishing and implementing effective treatment plans with functional treatment goals providing patient education and exercise/activity programs constructing appropriate orthotic devices and educating in use of adaptive equipment. Position is responsible for observing evaluating and documenting the results of treatment interventions and modifying age-appropriate treatment plan accordingly. This position has primary responsibilities for the Cary Hospital but may need to provide coverage across the Rehab continuum.
Experience Requirements:
2 Years Clinical - Occupational Therapy Preferred
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy Or Master's Degree Occupational Therapy Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Licensed Occupational Therapist Required
Hours of Work:
3 days a week/8 hrs a day
Weekend Requirements:
Every Other
Call Requirements:
As needed
