The WakeMed Raleigh Campus is a 587-bed acute care hospital featuring a Level I Trauma Center with 24/7 perioperative services. The fully-integrated OR team offers service for cardiac, trauma, general, urology, pediatrics, oncology, spine, neurosurgery, vascular,orthopaedic, ENT, gynecology, plastic surgery, oral and maxillo-facial surgical patients.

Position Information:
The Unit Nurse Manager has 24-hour responsibility at the unit level for planning, facilitating, coordinating, and evaluating patient care services, personnel, and budgeting process. The unit nurse manager understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of patient care services.

Experience Requirements:
1 Year Management - Direct Area of Responsibility And 2 Years Nursing - Related Area Required
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required - And Master's Degree Nursing Preferred
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse And National Certification in Nursing Required - Within 1 Year of Hire
Hours of Work:
8-5 variable hours
