The Mgr, Claims & Billing, Commercial Payers will oversee and manage daily operations of the commercial team in the claims and billing department. The manager will maintain effective communication to resolve issues that impede cash flow and direct efforts to ensure successful outcomes. This role will monitor billing and follow-up, quality and productivity, policy and procedure creation and implementation, identify trends and operational deficiencies, and manage corrective action plans and development through coaching. This role as manager also involves completing performance reviews and goal setting while promoting a respectful work environment.
