Client Services Analyst II Admin
About WakeMed:
Position Information:
The Client Services Analyst II Pathology Admin serves as the Pathology resource for Outreach and Billing. Responsible for investigation of registration/ordering errors performing education to staff regarding errors and correcting errors in multiple systems. Create and maintain reports needed for Pathology using LIS or HIS systems. Works with Outreach to validate interfaces for private physician practices.
Experience Requirements:
3 Years Related Position Experience Required - And 3 Years Information Technology - Technical - Healthcare Preferred
Education Required:
Associate's Degree Computer Science Or Related Field Required - Or High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - With Equivalent Experience
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Not Applicable
Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends
Call Requirements:
None
