Position Information:
The Business Analyst leads various aspects of hospital planning and analysis including forecasting and organization of system-wide initiatives.  Serves as a financial liaison for capital equipment planning and operational projects.  Understands project management to manage each step of the process effectively with collaboration of stakeholders to meet desired goals and objectives.  Projects are led and managed with a clearly defined organizational goal to coordinate decision making and actions.  Maintains and works with a variety of information systems to gather pertinent data to prepare and present financial analyses.  Responsible for cost projection of projects and ensuring the most cost effective plans and processes are implemented.  Responds to ad hoc report requests and prepares financial reports for all levels of management from supervisor to executive. Reviews Finance related department system processes and procedures recommends changes to improve efficiency and address problems.

**This position is in-person with remote potential after 6 months of employment.**

Experience Requirements:
5 Years Supply Chain Management And/Or Accounting/Finance - Finance And/Or Analysis - Data Required

Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Finance Or  Health Administration Or  Accounting Or  Related Field Required - And Master's Degree Business Preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Not Applicable

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:pm

Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends

Call Requirements:
As Needed
