Position Information:
The Clinical Coordinator RN is responsible for the coordination of the departmental clinical operations. Coordinates admissions and transfers to facilitate timely patient flow throughout the department. Delegates patient care to appropriate personnel by making assignments based on needs abilities and expertise. Identifies appropriate communication and coordination methodologies and practices to ensure smooth processes within the perioperative period supporting anesthesia personnel surgeons nursing and staff. The Clinical Coordinator understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission values and management of patient care services.
Experience Requirements:
4 Years Nursing - Related Area Required - And Clinical - Critical Care (ICU/CCU) Or Clinical - Surgical Services Preferred
Education Required:
Graduate Nursing Required - Or College Courses Nursing Required - With Required Licensure/Certification - And Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse Required - And National Certification in Nursing Preferred
Hours of Work:
8:00am-6:30pm
Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends
Call Requirements:
Holiday and wknd as needed
