Position Information:
The Clinical Pastoral Education Specialist provides educational supervision for pastors seminarians and lay persons who are taking accredited Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) CPE programs at WakeMed. Responsible for spiritual care to patients family and staff and to serve on hospital committees as specified by the Director of Spiritual Care.
Experience Requirements:
3 Years Related Position Experience Preferred
Education Required:
Master's Degree Divinity Or Equivalent Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Certified ACPE Educator Required or Certified Educator Candidate in Phase II in the ACPE certification process (with certification obtained within 12 months of hire) Required
Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends
Call Requirements:
Yes, as needed
