The VP, Operations, Community Hospitals, is responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Community Hospitals within WakeMed Health & Hospitals. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Administrator, Community Hospitals, this position ensures success of day to day operations for the community hospitals, to include execution of strategic initiatives, patient satisfaction, quality, safety, performance improvement, budget performance and staff satisfaction. This position will be expected to utilize a collaborative leadership style, working under the direction of the hospital dyads and with key system leaders to develop WakeMed Health and Hospitals into one that is recognized as a national leader in conjunction with our Mission, Vision and Values.
