Position Information:
The Utilities Supervisor is responsible for and directing daily activities, for the trade groups under him/her. Coordinates contracting repair and maintenance assistance. Supervising employees while prioritizing work load as necessary. The Supervisor ensure the employees under him that the monthly PM workload is completed within the timeframe given. He will also disburse PM's which may not be completed on time as necessary. The Supervisor will measure each of the team members based off of their performance as well as WakeMed's tenants.
Experience Requirements:
10 Years Facilities Maintenance Required - And 5 Years Leadership Required
Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Related Field Preferred

Every 4th weekend
