The Project Coordinator provides administrative support and special assistance for the programs and services of Wake AHEC.  This position provides a wide range of administrative support for programs and services, computer data entry and retrieval, and customer service. This position maintains highly accurate records of educational activities including but not limited to, registrations and financial records in statewide databases, disbursements, close-outs, state reporting requirements, evaluation summaries according to Wake AHEC and WakeMed policies and procedures.

Two years administrative experience required. Project management experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

:
Associate degree required. Baccalaureate degree preferred.  CMP certification preferred.
