The Manager, Telecom & Network Services is responsible for providing leadership to the strategic planning, architecture, design, implementation, maintenance, administration, and optimization of all voice, telecommunications, and network related systems hardware, software, and complex systems integration to ensure that the voice and network enterprise system functions at a level of high reliability across WakeMed locations. Works closely and in collaboration with IS managers, internal departments and stakeholders, and external parties to ensure a well-coordinated delivery of high-quality voice and network solutions, global services, equipment, and infrastructure to customers.
