Position Information:
The Kaizen Sensei is responsible for supporting the development, deployment and maintenance of performance improvement methods throughout WakeMed Health and Hospitals. This position, along with others, is responsible for supporting organizational strategic goals and objectives to improve performance in each of the aspirational goal categories. Support is provided by identifying opportunities for process improvement, managing and leading significant cross-departmental projects, teaching, coaching, and mentoring individuals and project teams in improvement tools and methods.

Experience Requirements:
10 Years Quality Improvement Required - In Healthcare Or Consulting Or Business Operations Or Performance Improvement Required
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Engineering Or Business Administration Or Nursing Or Public Health Or Related Field Required - And Master's Degree Preferred
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality Preferred
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends
