Position Information:
The Team Leader, Sterile Processing serves as the point person between Sterile Processing and the Operating Room supervisors to resolve issues that may arise before, during, or after a surgical case. The Team Leader coordinates with the assigned specialty area to ensure appropriate instrumentation and sterile supplies are available for each case and serves as an educator for existing staff and provides orientation of new staff.
Experience Requirements:
3 Years Sterile Processing Required
Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Healthcare Preferred
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Certified Registered Central Service Technician Or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician Or Certified Surgical Technologist Required
Hours of Work:
3p-11p, Monday - Friday
Weekend Requirements:
As Needed
Call Requirements:
As needed/Holiday
