The Clinical Supervisor functions as part of the management team and collaborates with compliance and nursing services. Responsibilities include:- Collaborates with the Service Line Director, Medical Directors, Practice Managers, physician leaders, and other providers to perform a variety of clinical and administrative duties related to clinical staff workflows, clinical education, and quality assessment/improvement, - Collaborates with lead roles to provide standardized care and orientation of clinical staff.- Ensures the clinical practice standards are consistent with WakeMed policies and procedures/standards of care/approved protocols/standing orders. Ensures compliance with the North Carolina Board of Nursing, JCAHO and other applicable regulatory agencies. - Leads and manages innovative improvement efforts across services, meeting best practice, evidence based guidelines.- Coordinates clinical orientation and annual competency assessment program to assigned areas.
3 Years Nursing - Related Area Required - And Clinical - Related Area And Supervisory Preferred
